Villa Luka is located in the village of Svib in the countryside of Dalmatia. The village itself has less than 200 inhabitants who live mainly on farming and food production. The elementary school and the Saint Anthony Church (Crkva Sveti Ante) form the center of the village. A small convenience store provides locals with the most necessary.

Villa Luka lies a kilometer outside the village on the Okapina hill, the lower part of the Svibać. The natural location in the mountains offers a wonderful view over the village, the Biokovo mountain chain in the distance to the Adriatic Sea.

Only 35 minutes away from the first beaches (Brela, Pisak and many more), 50 minutes from Split and Makarska.
